Edison Pires Sartori and his family handcraft exceptional coffee from their 20-hectare farm in the lush mountains of Espírito Santo. At 880–1,000 meters, the unique microclimate and rich volcanic soil create the perfect conditions for their Catuaí 81, Catucaí 785/15, and Arara varieties.

Every step—selective hand-picking, careful on-site pulped natural processing, and slow greenhouse drying—is done with precision and passion. The result is a coffee that showcases the vibrant flavors and world-class quality of Espírito Santo.
